More lists!

For my next home--there are some 'must haves' and some 'really wants'...

MUST HAVE
-Washer & dryer in the house/unit (not shared)
-Garage or covered carport
-At least two three bedrooms
-A yard or local green space
-Thick walls
-Pet friendly
-Adequate storage space
-Non-oil heat (or heating costs included)
-Dishwasher

REALLY WANT
-Clawfoot bath tub
-Separate fancy-pants shower
-A loft / third bedroom for office/den finished basement
-Dishwasher it's a must!
-townhouse or single-family house
-Walk-in closet(s)
-Kitchen island and/or breakfast bar
-Hardwood floors
-Fireplace (functional)
-Gas range
-Porch

I think these are totally reasonable, right? Hopefully when I'm we're ready to purchase, I can get everything on my our really-want list after some renovations : )
